We were given the run around.
Couldn't get straight answers, were denied WRHA discount, vehicle not ready to pick up as scheduled, poor treatment by sales managers. Some of the things that were said to us were very unprofessional and ridiculous. We didn't feel anyone actually cared if we bought the vehicle. We only purchased it in the end due to the fact it was available immediately instead of having to order one and wait a few months. Worst experience buying a vehicle we've ever had.
