Al was great to deal with, testdrove numerous vehicles until we had the right one, he was a very patient salesperson, an asset to Murray
Made a few trips to the dealership to pickup our TV from sales promotion, seems no one went to Visions to pick it up. I ended up going myself so that I knew we had it. This was NOT Al's fault as he had notified management a couple of times, even told us that he had seen the purchase order.
