There was a lot of misunderstanding
1. I said I needed the vehicle back for lunch before I even made the appointment and didn't get a call until 11:30 with a list of other reccomended work. I did not get the vehicle back until after lunch.
2. In the list of reccomended work was a tire repair which I did agree to being done and thought was done because the amount I paid was more than I expected. I didn't find out the repair wasn't completed until my husband noticed the tire was flat. I checked the receipt and the extra charges were for parts. I figured that I would just keep filling the tire until I could het it repaired in a couple weeks when I was bringing it back in anyways.
3. I brought it back in and was told I drove around on it flat too long so it was too damaged to be repaired and was going to need to be replaced cistin 10x as much.
4. The first time I brought it in I wanted the remote starter keys fixed. You replaced the battery which I paid for but that did not fix them. You had to fix them the next time I came in.
