Service Department front desk: unfriendly and impolite
I had a bad experience with people from the service department. I called to inform I cannot make it at my appointment time and asked if we can reschedule. The person on the phone asked somebody else and said I can be there 20 min after. When arriving there I intended to approach one of the four employees at the front desk. They have no costumer service skills or training. They were very unfriendly and rude. Before I open my mouth the first person said don’t talk to me, talk to these two guys. The two other employees were competing in taking the longest time to look at me and to offer their attention. There was no other customer there. Finally the one who decided to bring his attention with his bad mood attitude denied the service because I was late. I advised him I called previously and I was told to come at this time. He was upset and asking the name of the person on the phone instead of courteously giving a yes or no answer and bringing a solution. I had not time or patience to support the unprofessional treatment and decided to leave.
