The buying process was straight forward and simple. I did my shopping online before I arrived so I knew which car I wanted to test drive. I think the search features on the website need to be refined. For example on autotrader I can refine my search to certain makes/years/km etc. If these features are available they were difficult to navigate. The closing of the deal was also simple and well explained
