Worst customer service ever
We brought our truck in sat am for our scheduled appmt at 8am. It sat there til 3pm and no one even looked at it. We called 3 times during the course of the day only to be brushed off by Tina their service advisor. She just keep saying we are busy and our policy allows us to keep the vehicle until 3pm. When my bf was told they hadn't even looked at it we were very upset as we could've brought it somewhere else where it could've been at least looked at not to mention treated better by service advisor. When we picked up our truck the 3 Svc advisors were socializing having coffee and taking smoke breaks. We spoke with the manager and he was apologetic however said there was nothing he could do. You would think to lessen the impact they would've at least washed it ...nope. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths as we have a 8 hour drive to do the next day with a fuel pump on its way out. Our 8 hour drive on Friday took 12 hours as we were towing a trailer and had to pull off the road in Toronto to have someone briefly look it over. We had it looked over by a mechanic who deals with imports who suggested we bring it somewhere in Ottawa to have it looked at. This is when we made our appmt with Myers Nissan at 430 on Friday. Tina explained it would be there a couple hours to get diagnosed. Extremely upset by the poor customer service and will never go there again.
