I have been in the market for a good used car and after owning a VW Jetta a few years back I decided to return to VW. I have had bad experiences over the years with other car salespeople and was hoping that this time it would be different. I had never dealt with this dealership before. Mark was refreshing change and because of that it was easy to get a deal done quickly. I hope over the long term my association with Mark and Orillia VW will positive.
