Lack of transparency
Repeated requests to have negatiated deal in writing denied; requested documentation pamphlets on add-ons (rust protection, extended warranties and gap insurance) not provided. Final sale not reflective of what was agreed. Charged for wite tires an rims and auto-starter that were supposed to have been included in the deal. My sale rep Cody, was excellent. Tony, a sales manager was very helpful. I am waiting for another manager to resolve the issues, but his comments "don't expect an adjustment" on the extra charges ( for the tires, rims and starter that were supposed to be included); "Nothing is for free; even 0% is not 0%". Oh yes... the promotion was 0% on 84 months... they tried to charge .21% which they removed when I complained and they added a bank fee that they didn't tell me about until the very last minute. This story is not over.
