Adjustments to door hinges, a leak in the box cover, and a rattle in the dash was fixed on my 2013 Avalanche. Repairs were completed and the vehicle was ready when indicated.
John was polite and respectful as he described what would be done to repair the issues above. He reviewed things and told me to contact him should anything not be up to par.
Very happy with all interactions I have with John when ever I bring vehicles into OMS for repairs.
