Tech arrived late and not thoroughly trained.
Late by almost an hour because dealership didn't have tires there for him. He also had 2fronts on one side and was trying to get back on front of other side where it wouldn't fit. I felt this was a failure in training by dealership not to make him aware some models have staggered sizes of tires front to back. Otherwise he was very courteous .
