Especially Brian was helpful working out the details of the deal. They were not pushy and willing to accommodate my timing issues. When picking up the car Brian was well prepared, documents easy to review and he even marked up the books for the most important features. Car was delivered clean, full tank of gas and battery fully charged. Also after getting the car the dealership and Brian followed up to make sure I'm fully satisfied. Overall a positive buying experience and most importantly I'm extremely pleased with the 2016 Volt.
