A HUGE thank you to Chris Campbell and Jim (sorry I didn't get your last name) from the service department who went above and beyond normal customer service this morning ! My neighbour's cat had managed to get herself wedged in my engine underneath the battery and caught by some wires. I called Chris to explain my predicament and he arranged for Jim to come out and help get poor little "Peaches" unstuck. Happily, both "Peaches" and my car are doing just fine !
