The front drivers seat was not working. When they repaired it they left the wires hanging and visible anyone sitting at the back while extending their legs would have caught the wires and broken them. I asked to have them tucked under the seat because I was sure the car did not come that way when new. They did them properly at no charge. If they did it right the first time I would not have had to was my time or theirs and bring it back. The Service Rep was very professional I will definitely come back for service.
