Kristin was incredibly respectful, generous, and understanding during the entire sale of the vehicle. Not only was Kristin incredibly patient and trusting, she was able to give proper advice to help better the sale of the vehicle, along with understanding of the extended warranty. She also followed up with me after the purchase of the vehicle, to help assist me with any other questions or concerns that I had.
