Overall poor experience. Poor quality vehicle and false advertising.

First off I would like to tell everyone reading this, If you absolutely must buy from this company, Make sure you immediately take the vehicle to a third party for inspection. Now for my story. I bought a 2010 Ford Ranger from them that I had to bring back 8 times. took just under a month to make the thing road worthy. During this month they had possession of the truck more then I did. After they were supposedly done with the repairs, it was still not right but i got fed up coming back every day. Little Gremlins. It is still hard to get the engine started, the dome light is still not working, It is still physically difficult to shift gears, and now three thousand km and two months later I need to do a full brake job. The pads are worn right off and they passed it like that. It must have been on the verge when they sold it to me. Even the parking brake cable snapped a week or two ago and the peddle is laying flat on the floor. I am wondering what is going to surprise me and give out next. Now for their policy issues. They have a $200 referral fee. I referred a family friend who bought a Jeep Patriot a few weeks ago but because it was a tent sale they don't honour the referral fee, they claim (after the fact) that it is though someone else but their name was on everything so to the customer this represents Race Auto, it does no good explaining a way out of the offers later on. They also had a Flyer out at the time that advertised to bring in any vehicle and get a couple thousand towards a trade in. Didn't honour that either because there was no value to them in her 2006 Toyota Corolla she wanted to trade in on the Jeep. I will be spending the next few years telling people to avoid. I gave you a chance to make it right. Now i am off to the Facebook groups to share my story. Later next week when I get the time I will be calling Nova Scotia Vehicle Compliance to lodge a complaint as well. For those interested the number is (902) 424-5851.
