I have been a customer with Orillia Volkswagen for over ten years. I continue to both purchase my vehicles and have them serviced there due to the excellent customer service and friendly staff. Both the sales department and service advisors provide professional and courteous services. Lisa Jenkins in particular has provided me with excellent customer service over the years in many situations where I need to have the vehicle serviced quickly. As well, recently I was travelling in the United States over a weekend and had a concern about how my engine was performing, Colin Koprowski (General Manager) promptly returned my voice message and provided me sound advice and guidance on what to do, in what would otherwise have been a very stressful situation.
