Hi Michael, thanks for taking my phone call this morning. It was my pleasure to chat with you and help resolve the concerns raised about your recent service visit and our difficulty connecting with one another. I am pleased to report that you did receive the correct engine oil, and in fact it was the same as you acknowledged when receiving the receipt for the service. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the terms of your maintenance and warranty agreement and were happy to have explained what is payable by the customer and what the warranty covers for you. We are sorry you thought our service technician put a dent in your car. We have a strict protocol to follow if any damage occurs as a result of any of our staff and we are pleased that you acknowledged you really aren’t sure where or when the damage occurred.
