I bought a car and was told it would be ready Wednesday the next week, then it was Friday, then it was Monday morning- very frustrating. Two people who answered the phones were totally unsympathetic to my frustration. Neither one ever said "sorry for the inconvenience". They gave me a courtesy car which was good, however, it had dents and rust on it and used way more gas than typical cars I drive.
