Buying a car requires pre and post sales support

Empire Auto was the second dealer we looked at when searching for a previously owned vehicle. The staff was friendly and didn't follow us through the lot as we inspected the vehicles. We took a vehicle for a test drive twice on the same day and I made the decision to purchase it. I dealt with Andrew for the sale. He was professional and took the time to answer my sales/registration questions. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. It took a few days for the car to be certified and when it was time to pick up the car, I had no way to get to Empire Auto. Andrew offered to pick me up at my place. A few days after taking possession of the car I noticed a few things that needed attention. The steering was slightly off and the car was too bouncy on the road. During my first return visit they replaced the front struts and made arrangements to fix the steering. I was given a loaner car so that I still had transportation. After getting my car back I found that it was still a little bouncy so during my second visit to install the new steering linkage, they also replaced the rear struts as I requested. Darryl was the service advisor who I dealt with and I felt that these concerns were taken seriously. Overall I have no complaints, Empire Auto is fair and professional. Thanks Andrew and Darryl.
