Helpful and following through with my requests.
Booking appointment was easy. Service advisor listened to my concern regarding a whistling sound coming from the front of the vehicle. The concern was recorded correctly and the service advisor (Glenn) was very helpful. The concern was investigated and corrective action was taken. Have not yet been on the highway to see if the truck still whistles but will be soon. Also Glenn checked with the body shop on another concern that I had regarding a dent in my bumper as he said he would (someone hit me).
