I was kind of abandonded
Things started out great with James. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I didn't sign the first evening I was there, and wanted to take the week to think it over. I ended up coming in the next night to sign the deal. I asked when I could get the car, he said Thursday or Friday. Thursday came, I asked if it was ready, he wasn't in the office (ie no chance of me getting it Thursday), so Friday then. Friday comes, my application is still in process. Now it will only be ready for Saturday at 330. The detail shop was too backed up for my car. After a little push back, he got it ready for 10 am Saturday. When I came in, he said hello to me, and then I didn't see him for the rest of the 4 hours I was there getting the car. He certainly didn't say good bye to me when all was said and done. I was disappointed. He got the sale and abandoned me. If I come back to Honda, I won't deal with him again: customer service doesn't end when I sign the agreement. I came back to Honda because Alyssa was so great: she didn't forget about me as soon as I signed, AND she checked how i liked the car afterword.. for a few weeks. I really appreciated that. Sadly, I didn't get the same treatment 2nd time around.
