Disappointed in Service Department
I had arranged to drop off my Trax, to have recall work done. Since I’m heading out of town for the weekend, I was advised to show up at service, grab an envelope and leave my keys at service. Upon arriving in the morning, I was told by a person in service that the drop box had been checked and pull the vehicle into the service bay line up. I had a family member waiting to drive me and explained I was on a tight timeline for leaving town. The services person’s attitude really left me wondering why I had spent almost $80,000 (cdn) in 2015 purchasing two vehicle’s at this dealership. The service person made no effort to understand my situation, no effort was made to make this a positive customer experience and it appeared the service persons/departments convenience was the priority. This interaction at the “Nurse Service Department” lasted less than 2 minutes, which is all the time it took for this Service department to lose me as customer. In addition to losing service, why would I ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership?

Sean-
Thank you for completing a review of your recent service visit at Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac. I am sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations during the check-in process. I have requested that Steve, our Service Manager, review your comments with our staff and contact you early next week. Our goal is to ensure that our guests leave completely satisfied.
