We were shopping for a 7 pass SUV and went to a few dealerships before GM. At Barrie Ford we were told we couldn't test drive the Ford Explorer we wanted because "the people who buy cars like that don't like mileage on them." So, when we arrived to GM, we were pleasantly surprised when we were in the yard for 5 mins and test driving an Acadia in 7! It had all of the options we wanted, so we signed a deal on the spot, at a pretty steep discount because of our supplier privilege. Ryan is excellent to deal with. A laid back, non-pushy but knowledgeable salesperson. He's friendly and easy to talk with, he knew we were shopping Ford and knew his target audience, showing us functionality things in the Acadia that put it in first place, over Mazda and Ford. We had our whole family there too, and the kids were getting tired and silly, but Ryan and the finance staff were more than accommodating. With 12 years at various OEMs it takes a lot to impress me car sales wise, but this was truly a glitch free process, one that left us feeling like winners. Greg and Katherine
