Never fully impressed with SMP service.
Ignition recall went okay, except no one called me about the parts, even though my number was already on file. Also, my parents number is on file so why weren't they informed about the parts? My father s part co-owner. Wheel alignment was needed like I had previously thought. I am unimpressed with the lack of communication from the service advisor with the customer (me) on my tire rotation. SMP did NOT contact me about the TIRE ROTATION. I would have replied No thank you if I was contacted about it. I don't like to be surprised with "hidden costs" when I go to pay my bill, especially on something that I haven't previously agreed to. I agreed to the WHEEL ALIGNMENT and NOT THE TIRE ROTATION. I paid for the tire rotation BUT I AM NOT IMPRESSED BY THIS AT ALL. Every time I get my car fixed at SMP, there is always something that goes wrong. I need to be contacted about everything that gets done to my Cobalt, and I will not pay for anything that doesn't get agreed to by myself first.
