This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Rob was both pleasant and genuine. I did NOT feel any pressure or being pushed to make such a big purchase right away. He took me on a test drive to demonstrate how everything works and let me experience the car myself afterwards. He was patient, explained everything in easy to understand terminology, has great attention to all the little details, excellent product knowledge, honest, straightforward and respectful . He took the time to listen and break down all the options and numbers in detail and helped us make an informed choice.
