Customer service.
When buying a vehicle, we found the sales person and financial person very pleasant to deal with. They made sure we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. They were polite,courteous and extremely helpful. When bringing a vehicle in for service, we found the same type of service. Service staff was polite and friendly. If you brought the vehicle in for a certain problem and while working on the vehicle,found another problem , they informed us immediately. We then had the option to make that repair then or leave it for a later date. We've had nothing but good experiences at Wheaton. The staff is excellent , the service is great,we love the vehicles bought from Wheaton and these are the reasons we will continue to deal with Wheaton.
