Graeme and I (Claudia) were looking for an affordable, practical and beautiful vehicle to own for the next 5 to 8 years. We wanted something safe, big enough without being too big. The 2016 Tiguan was a vehicle that we were attracted to. Upon arrival at the Orillia Volkswagen, we were warmly greeted, Mark kept everything simple and smooth, which is something we enjoyed. Mark was able to show us the benefits of owning a Tiguan over the cons. We went for a test drive, which helped make a decision. From the start to the end, everything was enjoyable, smooth and simple.
