My Experience was simply amazing!
I had arranged an appointment at the Barrie Volkswagen for a concern that I had. Barrie scheduled an appointment for a week out stating it was the first appointment available. Two days later the concern became a safety issue, a spring had fallen off the rear end of my car. I called Barrie and they would not fit me in even though I felt it an emergency. I called Oriliia on the off chance they could get me in sooner. Not expecting to get in the same day they asked me to come right away and gave me a courtesy car seeing I was from Barrie and they did not know how long the car would take not knowing the issue. It was indeed a rear spring and they called as it was fixed a few hours later. I was shocked at the incredible customer service. I will forever make the drive to Orillia! Thank you thank you thank you!
