Competent and professional.
This was the first oil change on my new RAM 1500 Ecodiesel at Wendell Motors. I was pleasantly surprised from the initial contact to the service department for an appointment to the actual service. They knew all required information. I briefly spoke to the service advisor and met the technician. Fourty minutes later I was on my way. Thank you!
