Hi Ryan, I have had a chance to review your Service history as it relates to your 2013 Silverado 1500. I see that, in April, transmission cooler lines were replaced on the vehicle, and Millennium did in fact authorize coverage. For this reason, and because Millennium has a good reputation within the industry, I am a little confused. It appears we have not had the privilege of working on your truck since that visit, so I am assuming that your comments relate to this visit. Your comments are so uncharacteristic to those of our other customers, I am assuming there must have been some sort of mistake or miscommunication somewhere along the line.
