Best purchase experience ever!
We went at Myers Orleans on July 30th to look at the Murano. We were greeted by Colin who, I have to say, has done a tremendous job to show us both versions of the car that we were looking at. He took the time to explain all the differences and has helped us to get the best deal possible on our preferred version. He also gave us more than fair value for our trade in. We then spoke with Mike at finance, and the same approach was took with him. He explained everything to us and made the process stress-free and easy. We took delivery of the car on August 5th, and we have experienced the same great customer service. Colin explained the car in details and even asked the guys at detailing to fix a little something at the front of the car. Mike was also great at explaining the numerous paper work that we had to sign. Even the sales director, Matthieu came to shake hands and told us to not hesitate to call them if we need anything. I have been to many dealerships and purchased cars from different brands. I have to say that this is by far the best experience I ever had. Myers Nissan is at a 30 minutes drive from my place but I can say that it was worth the extra mile. For sure, they will have my business for long and I will even go there for my regular service. It will give me a chance to drive the Murano! See you on the road!
