I have never been to a dealership like Haldimand Motors! We walked in off the street, chose a couple of vehicles to test drive and we were handed the keys and the license plate and told to go and explore on our own..Absolutely LOVED this approach as you were able to talk and look at the vehicle without having anyone looking down your throat. The staff is not pushy in anyway, it's a bit of a disappointment not to be able to negotiate a price a little bit but their pricing seems to be reasonable to what is on the market. (Definitely makes it less stressful) It maybe nice to have at least one sales person just walking around outside in case you have small questions as it's a pain to keep walking back and fourth from the office to the vehicles for a silly question. Today we test drove the Ford Expedition again and purchased it this morning with ease! They answered all my questions/concerns/comments and you don't have to put a deposit down or pay until you pickup. Haldimand Motors seems very reasonable, high end customer service when at the point of purchase (they leave you be until you are ready to buy and do the paperwork) Highly recommend to others in the search of a used vehicle Can't wait to pick ours up this WEEK!
