Brought my '11 Boxster in for some serious creaking action on the front end. Porsche of London recognizes it would be there a few days and provided me with a loaner so as not to leave me stranded. Good communication throughout the process - letting me know what was wrong, when the parts would be in and estimated time of completion. Overall, very impressed with the service Mike and his team offered me. When it's time for my next Porsche (sorry guys, in many, many years), they will get first crack at my business.
