Staff were always friendly. They joked around and made me feel welcome! I loved that I could go in a test drive any vehicle! Was giving car facts and they even took the time to go over the details of the reports. I didn't like that I didn't know when I would be able to pick up my vehicle (I do understand that its difficult to give an exact date). When I picked up my vehicle they told me that they had cleaned it however, there was still mud on the back seat. Dan (my sales man) was lovely! Since it was my first car I didn't really know what everything meant and he took the time to explain everything! He also went through all the extra packages and warranties. I was very happy that they gave me an oil change and new window wipers!! Overall, I was impressed and would buy another vehicle from Haldimand!
