I had a funny noise that needed to be looked at and I was told to come in right away a service person came out on a test drive and was very polite and listened intently to determine the noise. He said he had the car when it was in for type B service and so knew the vehicle. Said if it continued to make the noise to please come back but it was identified as the glove compartment being a little loose.
