excellent service - fast and efficient - on time and pleasant - Still waiting re: paint concern

excellent service from customer service representatives, fast and efficient. Vehicle servicing has been good also - no complaints on work done. Shuttle services on time and pleasant drivers. Still waiting however, for update on paint (rust) issue I brought forward in June and again at last visit.
