I felt overall that the car sale experience with Payman was comfortable and he had a sincerity about him. I think I got a pretty decent package with winter tires included with the used car, however two points of detail that lowered the standard of care were that when I drove the vehicle off the lot the gas gauge was on empty and a goopy film was left on the the back windows from the cleaning.
