Poor Service Poor Vehicle
I have had nothing but trouble with my Honda and the service at Palladino since purchasing my vehicle in 2016. Back window exploding, dashboard malfunction, car battery replacement, body shield cracked... then having to go to management each time to have unnecessary bills waived and to fight for car rentals in the middle of winter when the work on my car would take over a week. Service desk giving out different information depending on who you talk to or who you know. I have filed a complaint with Honda Canada and emailed management here. Hopefully my experience can be rectified but as of know I believe my car to be a lemon and the service here to be poor.
