Overall our experience was good. Shane, our sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly - Shane was non-pushy which garnered our respect. We've driven our new car for the last couple of days and are happy with its performance and overall driving qualities. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend Toyota Collingwood and especially Shane to others.
