Came in the day before the long weekend and the vehicle was serviced just like the appointment said. The only issue I had, was a few days before I called in and asked if I could drop my car off in the morning of the service date. I was told I would have to book a parking stall which I thought was ridiculous. I understand you are a high volume department, but I should be able to just drop my car off throw you the keys and than pick up my vehicle, like any other mechanic shop. Other than that you're staff are always friendly and go the extra mile.
