was disappointed
I had gotten a nail in the tire, I called up Honda to see about putting air in it. When the lady i talked to said yes it was okay. i told her i would like to make an appointment to get the nail out of the tire. We made an appointment, we both confirmed the date and time.
I go to show up at the appointment bright and early, when i gave my name I found out that there was no appointment made me. I then had to wait an hour and a half for someone to see the car. We were told that i needed a new tire, and that they would look up to see how much the tire would be, we never received an answer.
