Kevin was AMAZING!!! Not only was he on point with satisfying my needs with budget/features/etc. (spoke on the phone with him first and immediately felt comfortable then after meeting in person at the dealership he went above and beyond and ensured that I was entirely at ease before signing for anything - not gonna lie, I probably wasn't his easiest transaction!). On top of all of that and, based on my unique situation for car pick-up/trade-in, Kevin went completely above and beyond!! He (and this was his suggestion because I had previously just assumed I'd have to figure that out and had my Mom on board to drive one of the vehicles) offered to not only drive the new car out to me AND pick up my disgusting 2001 Civic and drive it back to the dealership!!! I am one over the top happy customer and in the last 36 hours have been recommending him to everyone I possibly can! I work in sales myself and could actually take some tips from this guy - super down to earth and you can tell he loves his job. THANK YOU KEVIN!!!! Oh, and I LOVE my new car!!
