My initial search for a new vehicle around the Toronto area put me in several uncomfortable, dishonest positions forcing me to search outside the city for a better experience. Jim took my call, took the time to listen to my needs, answer my questions and promptly return my calls - even during a day-off! The sales experience was more of a casual conversation. At no point were there any closed door conversations with sales managers, pressure to sign or any other uncomfortable sales tricks.
