I am a long time customer of Palladino Honda and have dealt with Marilyn Bodson for many years with nothing but good experiences. Since Marilyn's departure to have her twins, I have been dealing with Dan. I had placed a direct phone call to Dan Strong - Service Advisor a week ahead to book me in for a service appointment for my 2011 Honda Ridgeline. It required a A123 service and as soon as the on board service indicator comes on I call the Service Advisor to book an appointment. Dan was able to schedule my appointment within a reasonable time and when I arrived to drop off my vehicle I was greeted, went through the requirements of the service, provided the mileage, signed the work order, scheduled the drop off and pickup address and time and then sat in the waiting area for 15 - 20 minutes for the customer shuttle driver to take me to work.
I received a call prior to the shuttle drivers arrival to say what time he was arriving - he was on time and returned me to the dealership where we went through what work had been done to my satisfaction and then I paid the Bill and departed.
