Attentive service and very informative responses to my questions.
David did a great job of engaging me and promoting the merits of buying a new Santa Fe to replace my previous one. What I appreciated most was his attentiveness and obvious desire to find out what it would take to make me happy and ultimately make the sale. This was huge for me as I had been considering another brand but did not feel that the salesperson there was interested in doing business with me and I was very taken back by the arrogance he displayed while trying to push his product. Of course, David had the advantage going in because I loved the service I had received throughout the time I owned the Santa Fe that I traded in as part of this deal.
