Purchase of new vehicle plus install of accessories
Mario was great and was a pleasure to deal with on this purchase! My only issue is that when I asked to purchase a bunch of accessories, Mario quoted me a price (which was dealer cost) and that is what I was expecting to pay. However, when I went to service with an appointment (I might add) to get it all installed I was charged slightly more than the quote PLUS an extra fee of approx $60 which apparently is a percentage of the work order that gets tacked on to the total! I was pretty angry about this because I was told exactly what my bill would be and it wasn't that! I was also quite upset at service because even though I made an appointment to do this work, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to check in (behind all of the people that were "walk-ins"..........not professional! Why bother making appointments? This install was also supposed to take about an hour as well and they had my car for over 3 hours. Not impressed! Now my car needs a service, but I think I will be doing it elsewhere.
