My service experience was exceptional, from scheduling to service day reception with Betty. She greeted me with a smile, cheerful hello and casual friendly conversation. Bruce my Service Advisor was very helpful; really, he couldn't do enough for me. Ironically, when I returned to pay for the service, my wallet was missing. actually, it was lost, as I would later discover. Bruce & Bill worked through this with me. Approximately 30 minutes after leaving Bruce contacted me to advise my wallet was found. I retrieved it and to my relief the contents were untouched.
