I took my convertible in because the top wasn't closing properly... they called to say it was repaired. I came in and paid. I drove home and it wasn't done - still the same problem. So I called back and they said they had to wait for their roof guy so I had to wait another week (also because of my schedule), but then I came in and they fixed it while I waited - only took about 15 minutes.
