I needed a car and looked online at Haldimand, having bought from them before. Found a car I immediately wanted and called to ask about it. It was on a test drive! Called the next morning and had them "put my name on it." Went in to test-drive it that evening and signed up to buy it. A few days later they called, car was ready, I went in to pick it up, and drove away 20mins later...!
