From the phone call from Joanne explaining to me that I needed to bring my car in for a recall, to the pick up of my car, your service was outstanding. Joe Pozderec at your service desk was very accommodating and thorough. I needed a ride to my volunteer job in Oshawa and that was provided no problem. The shuttle driver was very friendly, in fact, I knew his wife Maria from my volunteer job. Small world! Another lovely touch was you wash the car after the work is done. Thank you. Job well done!
